We have recently stayed in this hotel and went due to the good reviews and it certainly did not disappoint. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were offered welcome drinks and our bags were taken to our room. They were able to tell us good places to visit, good places to drink and nothing was too much. The place is clean and always smells beautiful. The breakfast was good and had a great selection of food. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable . It is within walking distance of everything you want. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Prague.

beautiful hotel. Lovely helpful and friendly staff who made us feel very welcome and had some great recommendations. Good location - within walking distance to everything. lovely rooms with luxury bedding and big shower room with towels, dressing gowns and slippers - will definatley book this hotel again- amazing!!

Amazing experience from coming into the hotel to leaving. The hotel was immaculate, smelt lovely and the staff were so friendly and made lots of recommendations, also helped with restaurant bookings and surprises etc. Our room was immaculate, and cleaned regularly. It was well equipped for our stay, plenty of towels toiletries coffee and tea making facilities. Well stocked mini bar too, it was lovely to have complimentary welcome drinks and we found breakfast to be nice. David Helena and giuseppe were a big part of trip and we had great chats with them over a Prosecco in the bar, They are a credit to the hotel and made our experience memorable. If travelling to Prague I would stay again,

Good located hotel with a marvelous room. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast. From the hotel very easy to climb to the castle. From the hotel easy to cross the bridge to visit old town. Trams are in the neighborhood. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood

We stayed for five nights over Christmas in Prague and could not fault anything with this hotel. We arranged a transfer via the hotel and were picked up by our friendly driver at the airport who took us straight to the hotel reception, where we were checked in quickly and efficiently by the friendly staff. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a wonderful room with a painted ceiling and a walk-in closet. The bed was super comfy and the room had a Nespresso machine and a reasonably priced mini-bar. The location is brilliant - at the bottom of the hill leading up to the castle and just a short walk from Charles Bridge, so all the main sights are easily accessible. Helena at reception was great with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. It was a great experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
